I am considering replacing my Autoride self leveling shocks with 4 new standard shocks. My question is when I pull the fuse to keep the air compressor from running it gives me a message in the dash to service the system. It's awfully bright at night. Anyway to disconnect it without pulling the fuse. Should I just remove the compressor itself? Any suggestions?

You may compromise the ride quality by putting on regular shocks.

My thought was they sell them without autoride so I am sure I could make it ride ok. I ended up replacing it with an autoride shock anyway. I found one online shipped to my door for $183, figured I could live with that.
