What should i buy?

-I want something RWD, but awd will due
-looking for something fast 175+ hp
-needs to handle well
-standard tranny
-cheap parts
-good tunability

ideas so far are rx7 FC, Supra, MR2, impreza 2.5 RS

That's quite a difficult list for a $6000 vehicle, unless yoy don't mind something with a lot of km's or something that is at least 15 years old. I agree that a Firebird or Camaro would do the trick. Perhaps an older Supra but I think parts are expensive. I also prefer RWD but if you are willing to do FWD for the time being, you'd be able to get a 1998ish Maxima SE with 190hp and 5-speed manual. Just a thought.
