I am getting 17's real soon because i have been told that 19's would be too big and you prolly would not have any tire at all plus i heard that the bigger the rims the slower the car unless you are turning it to be a show car..

yea well im pretty sure you dont have to do anything its just that you'll be riding on a thin tire

Well technically if the width and spacing was the same, you could go past 21" if you didn't mind having a measly 1" of tire all the way around and never plan on driving it over a bump or anything he he he.

But please put bigger rotors and brakes on if you do go with the 19's, the stock ones look terrible with anything bigger than 17".

As far as I know, the quarter-panels and all dimensions inside (as far as wheel clearance) on the SRT4 and all Neons are all the same thing, 2000-2005... there might be some strut or brake variations, but everything else should be the same.
