Can anyone tell me if u can upgrade a base rsx with a turbo kit.....If so any suggestions on who makes a turbo kit for the base rsx???

you can turbo anything......having said that, there are a few companies that make kits for the RSX, but it all depends on your power goals and budget. Personally i would contact FullRace if you want something VERY high quality, otherwise check out Honda-tech sponsors and see what they offer. I'm not familiar with a lot of K series turbo stuff since i have a B....

i dont know much about K series turbo either but i heard theyre not very boost friendly
