My parking lights have been randomly staying (stuck) on after shutting off the car. Nothing seems to work to shut them off. Then I'll drive it again and they'll shut off...sometimes. Dealership said it's probably the "switch."

The diagnosis sounds good to me. With the engine off what happens when you manually control the park lights. From off to on at mid position on the pull switch then off again.
