On the same Intrepid, 1996- 3.5 engine, when I go out to get in it or am getting out of it, without the engine running, I hear what sounds like some type of small motor running from behind the dash on the passenger side. One day I went out and hadn't driven the car since the day before, opened the passenger door to put something on the seat and heard this running. I was wondering if anyone else has heard this or can tell me what it is.
