Can anyone help? I have a forf 150 5 liter pu truck, the problem is that the starter and the silenoide? are both new and when I am driving or sometimes just starting the vechiel the starter keeps on engaging. Sometimes I have to bang on the silenoide to stop the starter from engaging. Does anyone have a clue about this or should I just buy a Dodge?

what year is it and where did the starter come from that you put in it?
