who would win in a race, a auto 95 talon tsi (FWD - completely stock) or a 99 integra gsr with a CAI?

The tsi runs around 15.1 in the 1/4 while the gs-r runs around 15.7 in the 1/4. The CAI on the gsr will make little to no difference. The tsi should toast him. But, it is close enough were driver skill will come into play.
