Im going to be getting a High Flow Cat for my Buick Regal 3.8 '96. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions as to what I could get the most power out of.

Thanks.

Any of the high flow cats will work well. Try a magna flow. They are good quality and are relatively inexpensive. You will need to have it welded in place. As for power I doubt the cat will do much. Remove the U-bend in the exhaust and replace it with a straight pipe. They make replacements you can purchase. This will increase exhaust flow and therefore performance.

Great suggestion on aftermarket CAT convertor brand Lynn.
