94 fuel problem88posnismo 03-27-2006, 06:55 PM I have a 94 cavy with 127,000 miles and i am have a problem with the fuel system. Fuel pump was not working so i replaced it with a new one and it still does not send fuel. Relay and the fuse are good. I'm thinking there is a bad wire or ground somewhere. Does anyone have any ideas or have run into this problem before. Thanks for your input, Kyle :crying: :banghead: 94VL 03-28-2006, 12:48 PM Sounds like bad wiring for sure. You probably should try force feeding the pump first though. There is a hanging connector at the drivers side firewall, feed it 12V and see if the pump runs.If it does, the wiring is ok.If it doesnt run,its bad wiring or a bad pump. 88posnismo 03-28-2006, 03:12 PM thanks, unfortunatly i will have to find the wire and replace it. I did force feed the pump it still did not work. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
