My girlfriend has a 90 toyota camry. (with the car on) if i step on the brake pedal, (the clock and the shifter lights on the dash) dimm and the dash itself lights up. it does this everytime i press on the brake pedal. If i turn on the headlights the problem goes away. I have checked all the fuses and they are all fine. Is there any relays or sumthings that might have gone bad??? any all help will be appreciated!!!!! thanks!!

Check the wiring harness at the trunk hinge.
Repeated flexing may have caused broken and or shorted wires there.
