I'm looking for a turbo for a mexican Spirit 92...
Any idea where I can find one? I think the turbo is a Mitsubishi

If it is a Spirit R/T then you have a Garrett turbo, however; I don't know if they changed things much on the cars that went to Mexico. The best thing to do would be to call the dealership and ask them what turbo you have, who makes it, and how much it would cost. Chances are they can get you a new one.

Thanks for the reply Paragon! It seems the turbo is beyond my pocket : $1,200
with the authorized dealer. I was looking for another alternative. If anyone knows about it I can zap a photo of the part to make sure the make and model are correct. My guess is it is a Mitsubishi, the one they call "Type II" as far as the pictures tell.

Yeah, scan some pictures in and I will see what I can find out for you.

Will scan those as soon as I can put my hand on a Dig camera (both the car and the turbo)
