Supercharger repairs

I have a 1999 Honda Civic SI, with a Vortech Supercharger, (Not the pin drive) about 1 year ago I started the car in -5 below weather and didn't let the car warm up long enough, now the supercharger is falling apart its loud and the power has really decreased,

Vortech says, the only way to repair is buy upgrading to a Pin drive model for two thousand dollars, can anyone recommend either where else I could get this fixed or, how to fix it my self?
