I have a 92 Buick PA. Sometimes when I turn off the ignition, it fails to start up right away. It takes about 10-30 minutes before she will turn over again. I have read some forum comments similiar to this except when driving. Is the cam sensor the problem or something heating something up to do this?

Have you seen any codes stored?

You may not have a Check engine light! But have a code.
Very hard to diagnose without more checks.
Could be heat related, could be sensors. Could be flooding.
Lots of stuff.

Good Luck.

When you say turn over this indicates a bad battery, battery cable or starter. A motor that is out of time is a lot harder to start. Check battery voltage and the amps the alternator is putting out. Make sure the ground strap is not loose.
