Are there ways to significantly increase horsepower without boosting an engine?

note that hp= PLAN P= pressure L= lenth A= area N=number
to change the area and the lenth you have to get biger motor .

so search to increase the pressure and the number of the rbm to make a relative high hp. that can happen by turbo or supercharger .
unless you have to improve your engine like new cluch, good intake manafold, short tranny, exhust

yeah its called NA. from what i've heard if you wanna gain some nice power "let it flow, let it flow" some nice headers (rmf, smsp), nice exhaust. Some camshafts should help to.

by the way what kind of car do you have? giving us details will always make things much easier.

Whoops, my bad. I own a 98 honda prelude. Turbocharging it would be cool, but I don't want to turbo my lude. I want to keep it n/a, but I want to give it more power.

if you want to make any real power in a honda 4 cylinder you need turbo or spray. all the fast n/a hondas are not running high hp number but have really light cars and really good drivers. but to make power you need high compression some crazy cams, head work intake and exhaust manifolds and a bunch of tuning
