I have 2 2,800w 1ohm DVC subs with a 3,000w 1 ohm Amp... how do I wire both of the subs together and get at least 1 0hms out of them????????

You have to wire them in series. so it would go like this Amp+ve --- Sub1 +ve Sub 1 -ve --- Sub 2 +ve --- Sub 2 -ve --- Amp-ve (hopefully you can follow that is the closest thing to a schematic I can do for you). This would then give you a 2 ohm load and probably around 1500 - 2000 watts output from your amp.
Good Luck!
