You have to buy one that is specific to your year and engine. Mike kcg795 03-22-2006, 06:12 PM You can buy new pipe, muffler, and the catalytic converter as replacement parts that's specific for your car and bolt it in yourself. Check www.partsamerica.com and www.carparts.com and see what you can find. I ordered my catalytic converter from Parts America and still waiting for my muffler, already welded to the replacement pipe, to arrive from Car Parts. This is for my 84 Toyota Van. So far, my exhaust system is costing me $250. A LOT cheaper than to have an exhaust shop put in a new exhaust for me. kcg795 03-30-2006, 10:21 PM Just to update you on my exhaust system. I got everything and have it installed. New Maremont Catalytic Converter and Maremont Muffler with the exhaust pipe. It sounds great. It's very quiet and definently notice a power difference. Have a listen for yourself. This is my brother driving in on his way back from the store. http://kc.cognitivelube.com/VanShit/VanDrivingIn.avi Yours will probably be different depending on the displacement and valve configuration. Mine's a 2.0 Liter 4 cylinder pushrod engine. But I did hear a Camry a while back that had a very quiet exhaust. Looked like a late 80s to early 90s model. rimfire,22 04-03-2006, 12:51 PM Phoenixlike, Personally I'd replace it with a new Toyota version. It'll hook right up with no probelms AND they're guaranteed for life. You can't go wrong with that! rimfire,22 BlueFusion6851 04-03-2006, 05:58 PM Orrr, you could get one custom made and have it so that it's not so restrictive. I haven't heard of the new ones fitting, so I have nothing to say except try it out. GL! vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
