My check engine light is on so are all the other likes they stay on all the time is ther a way to reset them or is the ECM bad. Also how hard is it to change the ignition switch my son broke the key in it and i had to drill it out so I can staret the truck with a screw driver.

why don't you go get it looked at? if the check engine light is on--it's for a reason.

If I'm understanding you correctly, not only is your CEL on, but other lights are on as well?

Could you be a bit more specific? What lights are on?

Could you be a bit more specific? What lights are on?I wouldn't be surprised to find out that the busted ignition is causing the "lamp test" circuit to stay energized longer than it should.

the batt, 4 wd,cel,brake,abs lights are all on and the heater does not work now. What is going on?

With all of them light light, I would start by replacing the ignition switch.
