In my 02 JGCLa I cannot seem to get the lever into 4-Lo. I put it in neutral while stopped, then try to pull the lever back from 2wd or 4 full-time across neutral into 4-Lo but it doesn't even go into N. Is there something possibly wrong with my transfer case or something I'm not doing?

Press down on the transfer stick, like press down towards the floor while you pull it back through N to 4LO.

It should say N (PRESS DOWN) on the chart next to the stick. You have to press down while you pull back.
