94 Buick 3800 V6 intermittent or no sparkliquidworldvideo 03-16-2006, 05:29 PM I have a 1994 Buick Le Sabre 3800 V6, It had an intermittent Spark problem which was difficult to fix since it would just die out and restart fine at first I replaced the crankshaft sensor, the ignition control computer, the coils the module and still had problems with it stalling or not restarting after warm up, I searched for answers but still could not find the problem although I could see others were having the same problem, here was the solution to my problem and how I found it 1) I hooked up a remote starter button to the starter 2) make sure the car is in park 3) I put the key in the ignition and turned it on 4) using the remote starter crank the motor over 5) push or pull on the wiring harness connected to the ignition module under the coil "KEEP HANDS CLEAR OF BELTS PULLEYS AND FANS" My car started when I pushed down on the harness as it comes out of the ignition module connector and bends 180 degrees back under the coil packs 6) it died out when I let go of the harness I will try to get a replacement at least a few feet back at a dealer if not I'll go to the junk yard and clip one from a wreck and replace / solder the wires one at a time I hope this might help someone out there Good Luck lou BNaylor 04-03-2006, 08:27 PM Sounds like a tedious repair job.
