I am confused about what is the difference between the strut bearing and the strut bearing plate insulator. I thought the strut bearing plate insulator had a bearing in it, but according to Advance Auto site, it doesn't. I know that some refer to the strut bearing plate insulator as the strut mount. I am refering to the two following links. Thanks

Thanks Max I appreciate it. Do you know where I can get replacement jounce bumpers outside of the dealership? Thanks

What is the difference between these two?

One is for the W body and the other the J body, different designs. BTW Lumina is a W body.
