Can anyone tell me why my volt meter would be pegged ? When I turn on turn signal it goes down and up but when I turn them off it is back pegged past red line .When I put a new alternator on it went to about normal then shortly after it went back . What can I do?:screwy:

Mine does same thing,new battery and alt tested ok, still does it but doesnt peg, mine sits at 16 turn signal makes it bounce up and down.If you have no issues other than gauge dont worry about it.

Yeah I guess it's not totally pegged but 16 to 18 !! What can I do about it ?

I wouldnt worry about it unless there is an issue,these gauges arent accurate.
