So the other day on my way home from testdriving an 85 n/a i saw a white 74 260 in an impound lot, the only car with a "for sale" sign in it. so i stop and look at it, freshly rebuilt carbuereted 2.6, No interior, Cracked windscrean, 4 flats, crooked bumper, .... and SPOTLESSLY SOLID FRAME. no rust at all, so anyways i was looking for a little feedback from knowledgable 260z guys that probably know a little more about these classic Zs than i do. Any comments are welcome, thanks alot.

no interior?

hmm to buy all new interior... that'll run you roughly... $800-900 if you buy it new from like VictoriaBritish.com

You can always use Ebay for resto parts.

260s have ugly bumpers IMO... but if it's rust free... why not?

well the 260 bumpers would be the first thing to go
id probably change it over to the 240 style.

as for interior, it has everyting behind the seats and haas the whole dash, just no seats or carpet where the seats would be.

oh... well shoot... carpet is cheap, you can find that on Ebay for next to nothing and seats, well that can be cheap if you want stockers, but I'd recommend a decent pair of buckets from Sparco or someplace similar.

If it's cheap... go fer it. Why not.
