If the engine is a ball and pivot style rocker engine, they are not interchangeable, and you will spend more money trying to make it work than the car is worth. A Grand Am PCM will not work in your Lumina. dampontiac 03-16-2006, 01:40 PM I am not sure what the differences are between a roller rocker arm and a ball and pivot style. is there a way i can tell by looking at the thing? and do you know what sensors i could change if i do have the correct one? richtazz 03-16-2006, 03:01 PM Externally, you can't tell. You'll have to pull a valve cover and look at the rocker arm. If it has roller bearings in the center where it pivots, it's a roller type and if not, it's a ball and pivot type. Sensors that may need to be changed are the CTS, oil pressure switch and TPS. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
