1993 jeep grand cherokee turns over but wont start,i have 40psi fuel pressure and i checked for spark got spark also any ideas greatly appreciated...........thx

What happens if you give it a little shot of starting fluid in the air intake and try to start it? Should run briefly. Got compression?

tried to dump some gas in the throttle body still nothing!!!!

You need to check for compression. If the spark is there like you said, and you put some gas in the throttle body, if there is compression, it should have at least fired a time or two.
