every damn bump I go over I here this sound its pissing me off what is it ??

Here's some tips on what it could be. Many people have had this problem, but surprisingly there are about a thousand possible causes:

Door hinges are worn. (test by seeing if the door creaks when wiggled)

Sway bar bushings need lube.
