why do you want to replace the OEM Fuel Injection Kit with K&N Fuel Injection?

Just wanted to toss in my .02, It is your car and your money, so feel free to disregard it.

I have the FIPK for my Mitsu. And honestly, I think I got it online for like $150 or $160. Way over-priced IMO. After I bought it, I did some searching, and found an adapter and MUCH larger filter (made for a DSM I think) that fit my car...all for $60 combined. And the filter was still a K&N, so obviously good quality. I personally think an intake is pretty much an intake, and I know there are those that will argue, one may offer more hp than another. I personally don't think 1hp is worth the extra $100 or $200. While I think K&N is #1 in filtration, I think there are plenty that aren't far behind, and you can put together a quality CAI or Ram air intake for much cheaper if you look around. Me personally, I'll never spend more than $70 on an intake again.

for the intake, you could find it at Home Depot, they should have those customized intake pipes.

the filter you could use K&N.
