The motors VERY rarely go bad

Thanx for your input. therefore what is the solution,,,It's pretty complicated if you've never done it. You need to disengage the motors by pulling the emergency release under the rear seat. Then re-engage them. They are behind the panel in left side of trunk. Are you with me so far?
