Keeping fabric seats cleanbridget36907 03-12-2006, 07:19 AM i just purchased a 2005 grand prix gt and i would like to know howyou keep your fabric interior clean. thanks richtazz 03-12-2006, 09:18 AM buy a spray stain repellant and follow the directions. 3m makes a good one, and if you can find it with teflon, even better. Tuff Stuff works awesome to help clean spills and get dirt out of the carpet. jimmyv-21 03-12-2006, 05:14 PM i agree with rich on the repellant- scotchguard is a great choice too- the spills seem to just roll off. also, tuff stuff is awesome! hey rich have you even tried spot shot? i used it on some tan carpet where the tough stuff would get the grease all the way out- it worked like magic. nikita7 03-12-2006, 09:41 PM /shrug I used a factory cleaner that came with my mom's lancer...works miracles. richtazz 03-13-2006, 09:56 AM Thanks for the tip Jimmy. It's always nice to know there's another product that will work if another one doesn't. Another good thing for greasy stains is go-jo or DL cream hand cleaner. It's best to use it with a wet-dry shop vac so you can get the residue out of lighter carpet/upholstery. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
