I have a 1990 Q45 and on the passenger side of the motor there is a water resevoir that has 2 small hoses on it, one on the bottom and one on the top and when I got the car it didn't have the hose on the top facing the fender and it leaks water from there.

Does anybody have any idea where it connects to?
