Hi some (more)advice needed for my 87 Si.I've got a donor 1990 Vtec CRX in the pipeline,Can anyone tell me what bits I can rob from the CRX to upgrade the brakes and suspension on the Si?I've read the posts about the Integra donor,is it as easy as that upgrade?
I've been looking for best lowering options, wondered if the rear struts/springs from crx 1990 will fit the Si civic and if so would it lower the car?
Also mine is a uk model with no power steering, would the crx rack fit or would I be needing an integra rack?
Help appreciated,I don't want to waste any goodies when I break the CRX...

Only the front brakes will swap over (or so I've heard). From what I understand you will also need to shave a few MMs off the caliper bracket for proper alignment. I have never tried this so I can't tell you for sure. I do know that the rear brakes are different so you might need to fabricate your own caliper brackets.

The brake booster and master cylinder will swap over as a unit, along with the proportioing valve.
