I have a 95 Jeep Cherokee and the wipers, radio and A/C aren't getting any power while the the igniton is turned on. They all work fine when you go the opposite way with the key. I do manage to get the clock on the radio but only after playing the key a little. Any suggestions at all? Do they run on different fuses when the engine is off as opposed to when its on? Please help.

Take a look at this link into the fusebox diagram. I entered the autozone with my 1996 jeep cherokee, but if you click on fuse box diagram B, it shows the 1995 cherokee. I think it could be fuse or circuit breaker related.

Since it worrks in one key position but not another, I'd suspect the ignition switch.
