1988 LX is running rich

I am in the process of buying a 1988 LX. It has a stock 1990 GT motor in it now. My brother pulled the original motor to stroke it. The 1990 Donor car was hit from behind; so'he decided to pull the motor. He feels it may be the O2 sensors. He has not put them on yet. The original motor was running fine when it was pulled. The GT motor was running fine the day we pulled it. So, we are not sure what is going on. It spits & sputters very bad. Any ideas????:frown: :disappoin :disappoin :disappoin :disappoin :frown:

Well its computer controlled..without a custom burned chip and aftermarket fuel system (ie. FAST or MegaSquirt) it will need the O2's to run right.

My buddy did pretty much the same swap (1991 Donor GT-Stock) into a stock 1988 LX. The swap was a cinch. ?????????? I am going to c/o the O2 Sensors today.
