I have a 2005 G35 coupe that has less than 2000 miles on it. It's a
nice car, but has two rather annoying problems:

1) The driver's seat makes creaking sounds when taking corners (like
turning right into a parking lot entrance). It's more prone to occur
the longer I've been driving. IOW, less likely to hear the creaking
when the car is cold.

and

2) The key fob constantly bumps against the dash making a knock, knock,
knock sound while driving.

Can anyone confirm that these are problems with the G35 coupe?
Solutions?
