Dropzone Springs Someone help me please

Hi how u doing i hope u can help me i just lowered my car i got 1-4 inch dropzone adjustable coilovers and for some reason when i put them on it didnt even lower and i even adjusted the sorings but it still is not working simeine please help me out. my 240sx please help me out let me know what this could be from thanx a lot

Maybe you just didn't install them right or maybe the product was defective. My only advice is to take them off and re-install them and making sure that you read the directions very carefully and don't skip anything.
