Can anyone tell me how to program a 2000 Honda Accord EX with a Keyless Remote Entry Key Fob that I bought on EBAY? Or do I have to take it into the Honda Dealer?

I'm looking at buying a remote key fob on ebay for my 99 Accord. Did you have any luck finding out how to program it? Our dealer here charges $36. Thanks
