Well, basically my lower radiator hose was rubbing against my slave cylinder and a hole formed. How can I get it not to rub, would zip ties be ok or what?

If there's a bracket nearby you could try and zip tie it to said bracket. Or wrap the hose in some material.

Well I was thinking a wrap, but what would i wrap it in? The slave cylinder basically wore a very small hole but like 1/4 of an inch in diameter.

I would say firgure out a way to move it, like zip-ties or something, cause if you wrap it it will eventually wear through that too.

Thats what I thought, man this sucks. Its been one thing after the other lately....first my accident, new front end...next my balance shaft belt and CPS....and now this.

You could put some type of metal sleeving over the radiator hose and then use clamps to keep it where you need it.

You could use some heat wrap too. Kinda ghetto, but I think it would work.

I would just zip tie it to something like you already said, wrapping it will only delay the inevitable and the hole will reappear.

I might do a bit of both, if I cant find a close spot, ill loop like 5 together and go to the frame lol. But i think if I do a metal sleeve too it cant hurt, Ill just have to check it every so often.

wrapping it will only delay it, but its better protection. i would find a way to make them completely not touch, and still have it wrapped just incase it rubs again.

Sorry I should have been more clear, Im going to zip tie it, and wrap it just incase. That way if something does break, Ill have more time from it having to eat through metal instead of rubber.
