1990 le sabre parked for 3 yearssaz gunnz 02-26-2006, 01:10 PM I inherited a 1990 lesabre, it was parked outside and never ran for 3 years. It was in good running condition when it was parked. I replaced the battery and added coolant, the oil was still clean. when I replaced the battery I could here the fuel pump run without the ignition on. I added new fuel it and tryed to start it, the starter cranks the motor but it just won't fire up. any ideas?PLEASE Hello First off...the fuel pump running w/o the key on is a bad thing....it sounds like you have a bad fuel pump relay...or what turns on the realy is bad. Is your fuel pump still running w/o the key on? When you turn the key on do you hear the pump start?
