How do you replace the driver side headlight bulb located on a 2002 Hyundai?
Can you please give me step-by-step instructions. I just need to replace the buld not the whole assembley.

Well, I have a '99 so it might be a little different.
Remove the cover inside the hood (behind the headlight bulb)--mine is a small circular cover that screws off.
Unplug the electrical connector from the back of the bulb
Release the metal spring-type thing that holds the bulb in place.
Remove the bulb

Reverse to install a new one

Hope that helps.

I had to replace my g/f driver side bulb last week....

Remove the plastic black cover just in front of the battery (3 plastic screws)
First loosen the battery and move to the side (toward the engine) , then unscrew the cap directly behind the bulb and unplug the wires.
You will see the bronze wire clip...remove with a needle long nose pliers. Just remember how it was in before as you will have to replace it the same way or the bulb will fall out later. Once the clip is removed, the buld if free to come out. It take a H-7 buld....$16 at Autozone...just remember not to touch the glass portion of the bulb with your bare fingers.

Then do everything backwards to put it all back together. The hardest part is getting the clip back in....

Good luck...let me know how it goes.
