350Z's have a problem with their tire alignment. I believe the toe has to be adjusted, and not per factory spec. You might want to check out the 350Z forum for that info. As far as launching is concerned i've read that 3K rpms, and feathering the clutch created the best results.

Nice car, but not really a drag racer.

best way to launch is to feather the clutch, rpms depend on car. youll just need to figure it out. feathering the clutch is bad for it though... dont go around doing it all over the place. congrats also, nice lookin car

for being in such a pissy mood all day, im bein nice to this guy...

you're talking about a clutch dump, you rev your car to about 4k (for your engine)and when you're about to launch dump the clutch and floor the gas pedal. But i don't reccomend it since it seriously fucks up your transmission and burns the hell out of your clutch. but you've got a new 350z! first mod the hell out of it then come back for racing tips

congrats. i love the 350z. that would definitly be a nice weekend car for me. i was seriously considering sellng my car to get one of those like almost a year ago. but i put too much money into my car to just sell and the Z is too expensive to mod for me.

yeah learn to drive the car first, get familar with it, then you can get into alittle bit more advanced techniques.

also the some 350z's are known to have their synchros in their tranny go bad, but your still under the warrantee so if anything goes wrong with the tranny you'll be fine.

try to find out what package you have. do you have the 18 inch 6 spoke? or the 17 inch 7 spokes? if you have 18 inch rims you might have the touring model. if you have 17 inch rims, you might have the base, or the enthusisst ( with a Limited slip differential )

for some reason, price went down to 23 right, financed 28 then another charge which i dont know what it is 35 and plus my money down 2100, car ends up being 38..
is there something wrong with the paper work you think?
thanks

ok if your buying the car for 23,000. sales tax should be around 1725.00 (7.5%) title, registration and smog should be around 345.00 (give or take) plus minus your 2100 downpayment. and say interest is 11% you should only be paying around 22900.00... after 60 months (6 years) total in payments will equel 26232.60 thats at a monthly payment of 437.21.

so yea these guys are trying to screw you big time

yeah i took it, back i know they wouldve changed it to what we agreed on, but the car was under my moms name, and there is a couple reasons why she doesnt want that car under her name (at least for now)...
she told me today that i could buy it again once her having a 30 grand car under her name wouldnt be problem.. i deff could afford it though, i just have no crdit, that why it under her name... this may take up to a month =( but if they dont have it there, they told me that they could get me a orange or black srt4, i might have to stick with that, wich i wouldnt mind....
but thanks for the help, thats what i thought. i need to call them and ttalk to them personally and not involve my mom this time since she thinks she knows everything.... haha all moms do. tell them that i will buy the car pretty soon, and dont fuck me over again lol...
