I just bought a new highlander hybrid at the dealership in my city.
they offered a 4 year pay now for all maintenance deal of ~1000. this would cover labor and parts for all the checkups for 4 years at any toyota dealership in US or Canada. they told me that if I paid as I went it would be $2100. (the 30,000 mile check up alone is about $450)

It is a convenient location for me, but, is this a good idea? They would reimburse on some system if you sell the car.
they said that I would want to do all the checkups at a dealership since this is new technology.
