90 cad deville code question

I have this automatic window that gets stuck half way down and I decided today to pull it all the way down. So shortly after i get the service engine soon light on and the codes e49 and e52. Then i cant get it back up but finally do and it catchs and goes all the way up. The service light disappears and the codes go away. Doesnt make sense to me but i dont know much. Does this make sense to anyone that actually knows something?:p
