I have a non-turbo 86 mr2 manual. It was driving fine until the other day when I tried to start it and the car "jumped" forward. The clutch master cylinder was bad, which I replaced. Ever since that "jump" the car won't start. The starter clicks, but the engine doesn't crank. I pulled the starter and had it tested. It was fine. The battery tested fine. Neutral safety swith is fine. I can pop start the car, and it runs great. I cannot figure out what the heck is going on. I am in medical school, and cannot afford to bring it to anybody, so any advive would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

take the starter out and check it. if the battery checks out fine, then take the starter to an autoparts store and have it checked out. sounds like thats your missing link

The first thing you should check is the battery terminal connections. Make sure that they are clean and tight.
