what can i do to sup up my L27 3.8

i recently purchased a 95 regal custom coup as a daily driver and due to the nature of the other drivers in my area (old people changing lanes without looking and high school kids playing the fast and the furius) i was wondering what are some good mods i can do to the series 1 L27 3.8 under the hood so i can stay ahead of the blue hairs and the riffraff how can i get the most bang for my buck??? and don't say buy a palel truck

Buy a big v8 panel truck. The blue hairs can't hit you fast enought to hurt you and if you don't care about mileage the kids will be impressed by how fast an unloaded panel truck can accelerate. Bonus: you will have enough room to transport around with you a little miata for emergencies.
