Looking for new shoes, need helpheavydc2 02-22-2006, 09:12 AM I have a 2000 V6 Extended Cab with a 1.5" lift on it. I currently have 31X1050R-15 Yokohama Geolander MT, and its about time to get a new set. I am looking for some that don't make as much noise and are not quite as agressive (like and AT). I love the bfgoodrich AT's, but I am not sure how loud they are on the highway. With the lift I have can I go any bigger, or should I stay with the 31s. Thanks for the help! Dave todds21 02-22-2006, 11:07 AM I have the BFG AT on my 01 dubcab and am very happy with them. They do not work as well as a MT in mud but I do alot of highway miles. From what I have seen they wear well if you keep the balanced. I have no complaints about the noise. If you go to a taller tire your gonna lose power unless you regear. heavydc2 02-22-2006, 05:03 PM Thanks Todd, I am not looking for a mud terrain any more, life has changed a bit and I am not out there much, so its more highway miles. I still need that aggressive look that the AT would bring, I just really want to quite the ride down a lot. Thanks for the info. chester9ll 03-05-2006, 01:25 PM i have a 2000 ext cab v6 and i purchased a set of dunlop rad RVXT's. so far they have abeen a great tire, ive put about 10,000 miles on themm and they still look brand new. they are great in the snow and daily driving. hope this helps vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
