So my dad has been swapping transmissions on my car for the last couple of days, and yesterday he got the whole thing out. Today I was down there helping to put the new one back in, and I was looking at my old transmission. If anyone remembers, I was complaining of a small hole in the bottom of my transmission, and all the fluid leaked out. I figured the spider gear went through it or something. Well it appears that a valve in the transmission was stuck and after so much pressure came about, it shot the thing. There are 3 holes in the transmission. One on the top, one in the bellhousing, that went into the differential area then out through the bottom of that. Hahaha, I think more than one valve messed up though, because I found one in the bellhousing.
Just figured if anyone was interested, I would tell you.
I took a few pictures on a disposable camera and i'll get them put onto a CD so I can post pictures at some point.
