automatic temperature control problem

I have a 91GM with the ATC (not EATC), the fan is on high all the time, even with the selector set to off. Where is the blower motor speed module located on this car or is it part of the fan switch or control head assy.? Any ideas?

never mind, it looks like it has a bsc under the hood. I hope it's any easy power transistor fix
