I have a problem with my factory telephone. It simply won't shut off. Power button shuts it off but it cycles right back on again. I went to the normal fuse box found telephone but that's a shared fuse between the telephone and the radio. Plus it didn't disable my telephone. It still had power.

On the fuse diagram it indicates another fuse - number 70 - but I have no idea where it is located.

I need some help.
