I posted this question on the Ford(oh...I'm so sorry!) Expedition board but have gotten no bites. One of you have some ideas?


There is a pronounced squeaking coming from the front passenger side when going over bumps. Also noticable when turning the wheels.
When I bounce the vehicle from the bumpers it is most loud when I am at the front passenger corner. This had a very sudden onset.
About 90k miles on the car('98).
Thoughts on what that could be?

I was also told it needed new ball joints a little while back. Would that seem about right for the mileage? Estimate was about $550(???)
