Problems with 1990 Camry timing

well I have 1990 Camry with the 3FS5E engine. The main problem is I dont know which piston is the number 1 firing. I just need to know if it is the one closest to the distributer or the one closest to the cam. Nay and all help is greatly appreciated.

Probably way more information than you asked for in the following links. #1 cylinder is at the front of the engine next to the timing belt, #4 is at the back next to the flywheel/transmission.
